A huge plot of land, situated in the East Rhodope mountains in close proximity to Greece.
There are many artificial lakes around, also next to the property there is large State Owned Game Reserve - 4530 hectares
Description:
The property consists of six solid buildings with total built up area 920 sq.m and 10 000 sq.m of land.

- 60 km from the border near the town of Makaza.
In 2008 the border with Greece will also be opened in the village of Avren, just 20 km far from the property.
