To ensure the comfortable and enjoyable stay of the guests, besides the luxury rooms, in the hotel “Vihren Palace” have been built a bowling and billiards hall, a SPA centre, including a swimming pool, saunas and a steam-bath, massage and beauty parlours, a gym and a hairdresser, as well as restaurants, a lobby bar, a night bar, shops, an underground car park, and a ski locker.
The combination of the hotel and apartments (Apart-Hotel) has been conceived to be beneficial to the apartment owners and rental clients. The combination provides an alternative choice for people who want access to a wide range of good quality facilities (which could not be maintained by an apartment building alone), with the freedom of not staying in a hotel.
The full range of the Hotel’s facilities and services including room and laundry services will be available to occupiers of the apartments (for an annual fee or at a discounted rate). The main power of attraction for investors involves their ability to sign contracts with the hotel in order to sublet the bought apartments at hotel rates. For this purpose will be implemented a special management programme with different variants for rent. Apartments’ owners will have the opportunity to use all services of the 4-star hotel “Vihren Palace” at special rates. The building of the residential complex “Vihren Residence” consists of a basement, ground floor, three model floors, a floor with mezonet apartments (ateliers), and an under-roof floor. Each of the three model floors includes 16 apartments, out of which 2 are one-room, 13 are two-room, and 1 is a three-room apartment. The one-room apartments- 32 and 45 sq.m., consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom section within the living room, a bathroom, and a terrace (there is also an option with no terrace).The two-room apartments from 53 sq.m to 64 sq.m., consist of an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette in it, a bedroom, a bathroom, a terrace and a closet. The three-room apartments from 97 sq.m, include two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, and two terraces, as well as an entrance hall and a closet. The floor before the last one contains 4 one-room from 21 to 39 sq.m., 2 two-room apartments from 54 and 57 sq.m., and 9 mezonet apartments from 61 to 69 sq.m. The maisonette apartments consist of two levels – the first level includes a living room with a kitchenette, a toilet, a terrace and a staircase, leading to the second level – an attic (bedroom) and a loft bathroom.
The apartments will be sold with furnished bathrooms, toilets and kitchenettes. All apartments will have electricity installation, water and drainage. Economical radiators will be used for heating .Upon the buyers’ request the apartments can be catalogue-furnished. In each apartment there will be an Internet connection and a direct telephone line.
